Zach is a physical therapist that has a diverse background in sports, strength and conditioning, and coaching. With this vast experience, he is able to provide quality care to individuals who need orthopedic rehabilitation. After receiving his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology from Louisiana Tech University, he began working as a strength and conditioning coach with the Minnesota Twins baseball team farm system. Once completing two seasons in professional baseball, he moved near family and worked at Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma, LA as their health and sports performance specialist. He helped individuals of all ages, ranging from youth to senior adults, achieve their health and athletic goals. In 2017, Zach moved to Shreveport and continued coaching at D1 Training until he decided to go back to school to pursue a career in physical therapy. Zach graduated from Baylor University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is looking forward to working with people of all ages. His goal is to help his patients feel, move, and perform better in hopes of improving their quality of life.
In his down time, Zach loves to spend time with his wife, Whitney, and their daughter, Noah Jane. He enjoys working out in their home gym and is always down for a competition or just some good times with friends and family. He is really excited to begin his physical therapy career right here in Shreveport and is looking forward to serving this community while developing relationships for years to come.
