Caleb McEntire, Assistant Clinical Director, PT, DPT

Caleb graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 at LSUHSC Shreveport. Upon graduation, he began his career in outpatient orthopedics at WK Portico prior to joining Fultz Physical Therapy. Caleb has specialty training in evaluating and treating patients with vertigo and vestibular dysfunction and is certified in Dry Needling. Caleb is eager to serve the people of South Shreveport at our Ellerbe Road location as part of the Fultz PT team.

Caleb and his wife and they are active members of Broadmoor Baptist Church, where they sing in the choir and participate in small group Bible studies during the week. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys playing tennis and exercising at the YMCA.
